Resume - Sophomore Non-Target IBD/PE/ER Summer Internships

You're resume looks great for non-target sophomore.

Just a general question, if we are from non-targets, how helpful is it to have sections like readings/trainings where we can say we read pertinent books or took specific courses? In my opinion it would show that their is a passion (enough to invest money in) and general interest for the field, not to mention a way to maybe balance out the non-target part, but it wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong so I'd just like someone with some experience to clarify, if possible.
