Resume/Cover Letter Review

Hi all,

Looking for some feedback on my resume and cover letter. I am currently working as an Investment Associate with a large wealth management team and my role is mostly (60-70%) administrative. Since my team is large and relatively young there is not a clear path for advancement so I am looking to transition to another wealth management team into a more research/analyst oriented position, to eventually move to asset management or equity research (or directly to ER/AM if possible) but I believe a stepping stone position and some CFA progress between now and then is necessary.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks everyone!
