Didn't get a chance to look too in depth but right off the bat make sure the bullet points in your experience sections are in the same tense, e.g. participate ---> participateD, perform ---> performED, etc.

I'm not really liking the format of the boutique investment bank experience. I think more in depth bullets on your actual transaction experience would be better, less on all the "monitor middle market activity", etc. Keep the valuation main bullets though but a couple of those aren't really necessary

 

Results are everything in IB. I think besides what you have in your work experience you should show the results of your work. For example:

"Prepared key sections of client presentation detailing strategic alternatives for distressed business"; resulted in management taking such and such actions.
