Roast my resume! (experienced analyst looking at lateral opportunities)

Hi all,

Would really appreciate any input on my resume! I am a first-year IB analyst at a middle-market bank looking to make the jump to a more established bank in New York. I've seen a ton of templates available for SA/FT resumes out of college, but not a ton for lateral analysts, so I'm not sure if I'm showing enough related to my deal experience. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!
