SA IB Resume...Tear It Apart

Hey guys. I want to thank the community, you guys have really been a great resource. A bit about me: currently a junior at a target school heading to SA OCR within a month.

I'd appreciate any comments on my resume (improvements, where it's weak, chances of getting OCR interviews...). I also have experience as managing a group of students as part of my job, but not sure whether to include it as it's IT related?
