Semi-target, what am I doing wrong?
I've sent out hundreds of apps and have not gotten even one call back yet. I really don't know what else I could put in my resume to make me stand out. I've tweaked and retweaked it probably 1000 times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still a student, but the first thing I noticed was the lack of GPA.
Also, side note, but "only undergraduate in team of two MBA students" isn't exactly clear. I know what you're trying to say, though. Maybe "only undergraduate in team WITH two MBA students". Nitpicking? Yes, probably. I was just confused when I read it b/c I thought your were one of the 2 MBAs or only 2 in team.

I didn't have any big roles in the student orgs. but i've had one pretty big leadership role that I did not add to my offical resume because I couldn't fit it and a few people told me it wasn't that big of a deal. I'll list it here and if you guy tell me I should add it, I will.

Rutgers isn't a Tier 1 Business school... but besides that your resume is decent enough to be getting looks at boutiques and MMs...
If you had leadership roles in your student organizations I would definitely move into work experience.

FT. I've applied to BB's/MM's/ and a few boutiques, a bunch of smaller PE/HF shops and some other F500's that have finance related jobs. I should say that I've been using recruiters lately and have stopped applying online. I'm going to start applying via doostang tomorrow.

try to throw numbers into your bullet points - even if it's just like 'Modeled and analyzed 20+ businesses and industries' instead of 'Modeled and analyzed business and industries' - subconsciously will make the reviewer think of you as more quantitative
forever's right about the networking. If you make the right moves then you're resume goes from being nothing special to possibly good enough to get you through to interviews. Once you are there you just have to prepare for it enough and hope for the best.
Stop applying and start calling/getting face time. Its a pain in the ass but its the only way you will get chosen out of hundreds of emailed resumes.

Both, but most of the networking I've done has been with head hunters.

I go to rutgers and have a 4.0 and a shit ton of leadership exp and the only reason I got any interviews was networking. And I mean networking my dick off. You're gunna have to push harder man. I didn't apply to ANYTHING through OCR, the Abercrombie and fitch store manager and Burlington coat factory supply chain management jobs didn't cut it for me haha. You need to talk to actual bankers or traders, fuck headhunters fuck hr go right to the source

The formatting here is atrocious. I would throw this away immediately if it came across my desk because if you can't take the time to align your bullet points or have the dates be consistently formatted, I can't take the time to read your resume.
