Senior Non Target Resume

I am looking for any advice or criticism on my resume. I am currently at a non-target school with a decent gpa seeking an entry level position or an internship in IB or ER. Could my resume realistically be competitive at a BB with a referral or should I be looking at boutiques?

As mentioned, you should redact the personal information. I'm not sure if this applies to your present positions, but you should use present tense (i.e. forecast instead of forecasted) if you're still performing a task. I also don't know if you should be initial capitalizing titles like "Human Resources" if it's not referring to a specific department within a company.
