Separating work experience/campus leadership?

Should you have separate sections for work/internships and campus leadership or just put them together under one section? The WSO template separates them but the M&I template keeps them under one category. Personally I think one category looks better but what's your opinion?

If you have enough leaderships and internships to facilitate two different categories, thats what I would do. However, if the section will look small, combine them.

Also, dont repeat yourself in the sections if you do two. For instance, if you want to highlight your leadership role at your work, put that in the same section.
