should analyst 2 resume be more than one page?

i had a job in wealth management 6 months then joined IB. before that, cofounded a startup and worked as TA in university. I paid someone to write my resume and they did two pages and I think its too much. what do you think?

One page. Also, it doesn't sound like you've had that many positions so at max: 4-5 bullets per position. I also don't know what your guy did with the font.

I haven't seen a case where paying someone to write your resume has yielded much.

First off, 2 pages is way too long for your experience, executives with 10-15 yrs of experience won’t even go 2 pages in many cases.

Second, the people you are paying have no idea what you did, you can tell them and they can “fluff” it up for you or try and make you sound smart, but the content is so dependent on what you provide.

I recommend having someone who you trust and you have worked with help review your resume (preferably someone a bit more senior). They will know how to sell your experiences, they will help highlight things you missed, and will know what senior professionals are looking for (best of all, they don’t charge you). Anyway, it would raise some serious flags if a person you are paying to make you look good went to 2 pages on a junior resume, that doesn’t make you look good.
