Should I include this on my resume? Mrs. Fields...

One of my cousins franchised a Mrs. Field's Cookies a few years ago, and I was a part time manager helping out every once in a while.

Would this 'leadership' experience be useful to put in if I could quantify things? I know it's pretty random to put on a resume when looking to get into Ibanking, but could I make it work or should I just leave it off?

Of course. Its not that hard. Just put that you were a manager at Mrs. Fields. Then put how many people you managed, what tasks you organized/oversaw, the types of shit you implemented, and top it off with a major accomplishment.

If you didnt do any of the above, then just make something up for each that sounds cool.
