Agreed. But you can't disregard anything nowadays, terrorists are willing to do anything to kill the "infidels." I'd just be aware of your surroundings and have a good plan in place, just in case.
That's just it, if terrorists are willing to do anything then how can you possibly make plans for an attack? I won't permit their scare tactics to change my behavior. That's exactly the reaction they are looking for.
