Starting bullets with a verb

Hi,

I am about to submit a resume right now, just have a question. Is it OK if one bullet does not start with a verb?

They look like this:

$___ million power sector project finance deal:

o Built DCF and financial statements model used to assess viability of purchase, operation and maintenance of coal-fired power plant for rental term of 60 months

o Assisted in examination of key assumptions through review of proposed off-take agreements, feasibility studies, etc.

o Initial analysis showed cash flows generated by plant would sustain high debt level and yield positive return to equity holders; project ultimately did not close due to credit market conditions

You should remove the 3rd bullet point by combining it with one of the other 2, or a combination thereof. For example, you built the DCF model which did X, Y and Z, ultimately supporting 3rd bullet point findings. Also, you can put the 2nd half of the 3rd bullet point in your heading - XXX million PF deal; pulled put of market by sponsor due to nonviable credit pricing terms (or something like that). Good luck.
