Tear me apart...gently

*For IB/any Finance SA position

Okay, so it's taking a lot of desperation and mental preparation to do this. I know how much monkeys here love to rip apart your resume. I'm a sophomore at a major target, but the problem is I have sucky experience and not the greatest GPA. Those I will work on. Please tell me how I can work with what I DO have, instead of suggesting things that I cannot do (like improve my GPA or join more clubs) until the next recruitment cycle.

Ok...I'm ready....

1st off: Copy the WSO template. It will look much neater. The real estate section looks out of whack and doesn't match the format. As far as internships you need to get SOMETHING finance/accounting/economics related. Whether that's writing for WSO, online internships, etc. I did chuckle a little about how far you stretched your experience. Also, you need to do IBD related trainings and you can put that on your resume.
