Tear this cover letter for trading apart please!
Hey guys,
If any of you could kindly provide some advice on the quality and structure of my cover letter I would really appreciate it. This is for a graduate trader role in Australia.

The cover letter looks fine. It is pretty to the point and highlights what you want.
I kind of think ruthless discipline is something a general or Napoleon would say. Just saying.
Too damn long. No point detailing what's on the "enclosed" resume; they'll see it for themselves. So basically cut out those bullet points in the middle. Also, your writing itself is meh, but I'm not going to rewrite the whole letter for you because it's good enough that most people won't care or notice.
