What can I do in the summer of my freshman year

I'm currently a senior in high school, and I'm hoping to major in economics. I've been working a warehouse job for a few months now, but I'm for some real experience in the industry. There aren't any available internships in my area (Memphis, TN), aside from the BoA Student Leaders program.

Does anyone have ideas on what I could do this summer? Doesn't necessarily have to be an internship/job, but anything productive really that relates to business. Any input is appreciated.
