What do these numbers on resumes mean?
I was reading a sample resume, and there were numbers attached to the deals. For example, "Conducted diligence for XYZ ($50M) ..."
In this example, what does the $50M represent? Enterprise value? Target company revenue?

Yes, Enterprise Value unless otherwise specified to be EBITDA.
