What Should My Next Move Be At This Point?

35 years old. Stumbled into Wealth Management from a no name Master's in Poli Sci ~6 years ago. Currently making ~$150k as wealth management advisor to US $500M book of business for non-BB very large wealth management firm (+$900 Billion AUM). Should I just stay pat and count my blessings given my background? Ideally, I'd like to take a year off in Europe studying (B-School?) and come back to the States making more money. Is this feasible? If so how? Any advice or attempts at advice greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Going for an MBA is a solution amongst others. It depends where you see yourself in 5/10 years time. You could go for Bschool but I doubt you would stand a chance for IB/PE, you are too old. You could try to advise on a bigger book, with or without a MBA. If you feel you Are stuck at your job an see no possible progression I can only recommend to got to BS. Is the MBA cost worth it for a 5% salary increase? What MBA can I get in? and MBA what next? These are the questions you should be asking yourself
