What/how to list deals on resume
For deals that haven’t been closed yet i currently have it structured as: Industry | exclusive advisor - Blank manufacturer. Should I include the EBITDA, EV, etc?

Include if you whistled while you twerked, did you pop out, show out... etc. throughout the process.
How I do it is the following.
Select transaction experience:
- $14 billion sale of gas LDCs to Enbridge
- specific job task I did
- specific job task I did
(1) Have one line saying this is select deal experience. (2) Have a sub-bullet that summarizes the deal. (3) Have sub-sub-bullets that explain what exactly you did.
Repeat 2 and 3 for as much as needed to fill a page
