Which internship / joboffer

As I am having a lot of free time if I am not getting a summer internship, I wonder which of the following offers I should take. Are they in any way relevant for my resume ?

  • Internship at European Parliament as an assistent of a member of parliament
  • Internship at German bundestag as an assistant of a member of the Bundestag
  • Full-Time Employment as Software Developer / Programming in Rails
  • Co-Founder of a Boutique Investment Bank with focus on small caps ($1 mill. to 15) where I would be in charge of the IT infrastructure and any IT related modelling work
  • Internship at a well-known legal advisory company in Shanghai

I know that apart from the start-up, there is no real connection to IB. So I really wonder which one could help me overcome the lack of practical experience in the field.

My resume can be found on http://www.razume.com/documents/17947

Oh and I also wonder whether it is more beneficial to take a part-time position in a local bank to get exposure to that environment or working in a research department for simulations at our university. We don't have a lot of investment banks here in Bonn and since even the smaller banks in the area like HSBC and Sal Opp. turned me down, I have little options here for something closer related to finance.
