Year 1 student - how would i fare against others?

I'm a year 1 student from Singapore, studying in UK. It's been a few months since I came here and I spent a lot of time updating and improving my resume. I'm looking for BB internships for sales and trading, and trying to PE or hedge fund in the future. How would I fare?

Thanks!

Are you at a top UK uni? Are you looking for BB internships in London?

I'd say it would be very very difficult to get an internship in London at a top BB as a first year, though your CV is not too bad. I would look into regional offices in Singapore and/or HK. A bunch of my fellow analysts went this route.

Also look into spring week programmes/externships
