2023 TARGET SCHOOLS FOR DIVERSITY CANDIDATES

Does it matter what college you go to if you're on the diversity track?

There is talk on here about certain schools pulling their weight, but some are mainly driven by diversity spots.

Can diverse candidates get similar results going to there highly ranked in state program.

Don't get me wrong, some lesser known state programs will be at a disadvantage because of regional issues.

Just thinking in a broad sense. Diversity candidate may be better off at public in state vs expensive OOS or Private with little/no aid.

Seeing some admissions officers at these top ranked private schools try hard in their marketing to attract diverse candidates. Maybe for selfish reasons?

What do you all think.
