"5th year" finance programs: Question

Hi everyone. I'll keep this short: I am a junior at a mid-target school and a varsity athlete. I have one more year of NCAA eligibility after next year and would like to use it, if possible, to head to a top business school program and pursue some sort of one-year program. However, I need some help in determining if this is even possible or if these programs exist. It wouldn't be an MBA, because I'd be coming straight out of undergrad. I have an internship this upcoming summer at a top MM bank. My times (swim) are good enough that they would be attractive for pretty much any top school. Basically, I'm just looking for information on one year programs, maybe like a masters of finance, that exist at good schools. I'm a finance major and have pretty good grades, but was also wondering if my attractiveness as an athlete would help (perhaps the coach could help me get in). Sorry for the ramble but just thinking out loud and would appreciate any advice.
