Advice for a new index/risk guy

Hi guys, I’ve recently got an offer from an index/risk firm (S&P/Bloomberg/MSCI).

I’d like to hear any career advice/warning you have for me.

I’m thinking of enrolling in an MBA program (hopefully top 20. I took a free mock test and was 700 and 3.6 GPA so I think not impossible especially if I work on my GMAT), so I’d appreciate if you have advice especially on that.

Also I’m curious about the exit ops for this industry.

thanks in advance
