Choosing between the following direct admit programs OOS from CA, Any thoughts on the undergrad business choices without factoring in COA? [Fyi, UMN is least expensive, IU (+~2.5k/yr), UW Madison (+10k/yr)] [Major is undeclared but an initial lean towards Supply Chain Management] [Career outcome to return to CA]

Narrowing choice to Carlson and WSB based on liking urban environment at those school's over college town. Still deciding between the two.
