Advice on University Transfer (Australia)

Hi everyone I hope you are well!

I have just completed my first year at university in Australia at what I would consider a semi-target (University of Technology Sydney). I'm doing a bachelor of business with a major in finance and minor in business law which is 3 years and I will most likely do honours in finance for another year. I'm wondering if it is worth transferring to a more target school such as USYD or UNSW for their connections to IB (I want to go into IB). I would prefer to stay at UTS because I have really enjoyed the past year and I have been able to do a lot of extracurriculars within clubs and societies at UTS, which I will continue next year. However, if my university will put me at a significant disadvantage compared to other candidates from more target schools then I would heavily consider a transfer. My WAM is pretty good at 85+ and I am aiming to keep it that way. Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated!
