Am I competitive enough for MSF at UT Austin?

I graduate this may, with a BBA in accounting from UTSA. I have a big 4 audit internship in spring. I was planning on teaching a course this fall with the investment society here. I'm an accounting assistant at a regional corporation. I don't think they like me too much there though so Idk about asking for a LOR. I can ask around in the investment society maybe when I teach a class.

What do you think? Any steps I should take before graduating? Should I apply round 1 or apply round 4 when I've beefed up my resume enough?
