Ames vs. Ohio impact on diversity recruiting

Basically the title -- SCOTUS justices are poised to rule on this in June, and appear heavily in favor of Ames. In a nutshell, this will make reverse discrimination cases MASSIVELY spike (i.e. if you are white or Asian or straight or male). I don't see how diversity recruiting can really survive this, or at least be ~80% degraded by it

The hilarious thing here is all these companies that are trying to be woke (Disney, JPM) are completely screwed in terms of opening themselves up to billions of dollars at risk via these new lawsuits

This is the next big blow on DEI. Undoubtedly there will be more DEI cases going to SCOTUS, most of which are going to make it harder & harder for these woke corporations to continue their BS. They're slowly being cornered into exiting these racist programs
