any advice for an international student in non-target schools ?

Hi everyone this fall I'm going to be a freshman and I have a lot of concerns.

I'm going to major in Finance but since I was late with the application i received offers from: Uconn, ASU, Pace, Hofstra and Washington State. I was thinking to try to transfer in a target or semi-target after my sophomore but idk if this is a good choice, do you guys have any tips ?

(!!!) I turned 22 today and I took two free years after high school to work in a little consulting firm in Milan, I learned skills and gained some certifications but I'm really scared it's too late for a target school and a good career, any advice or suggestions please ? :,)
