Application question "any previous university education" Morgan Stanley

Hi! I'm a sophomore and I'm working on an application for Morgan Stanley Early Insight Series. After filling out my university education, another two questions bump up: "Are you currently studying for an additional degree?" "Do you have any previous university education?"

I'm not a native speaker, and I'm not sure if I understand the second question correct. Does "previous university education" mean high school education before college or experience in other universities (like transfer student experience)?
