Applied Finance vs Quantitative Finance

I'm applying to some schools that offer both MS Finance (or Applied Finance) and MS Quantitative Finance. If I meet qualification requirements for both programs, have not decided which route in finance I want to pursue (IB, IM, S&T ...) and mainly care about the job prospective of the two programs, which one should I apply to? I want to work in the U.S. in the beginning and then transition to Asia (hopefully Singapore) in the future.
