Aren't you going to Wharton? It makes me respect your list more since you didn't rank them as top 5.
Yes I am. As I said in the op, facilities are trivial when choosing a b-school, but in all honesty wharton's huntsman hall isn't that great. The main problem is that we have to share the facilities with freaking wharton undergrads, who are incredibly douchey and competitive. The other MBAs were complaining about how annoying it is to compete with 19-year old kids for study space.
my brother is an undergrad at wharton - having visited recently i shared your sentiment regarding huntsman, which was very surprising.
having gone to UC and taken classes at Booth - that building is very cool. can't speak to any of the others however

I want to note that I don't think I've met anyone with school pride talk about how awesome their facilities are when their facilities suck. More often than not, school facilities tend to fall under the grass is greener on the other side mentality.

I interviewed at Sloan and their admissions office building was old and rundown. I didnt get to take a tour of the entire bschool campus though. They need to relocate their admissions office. It is a very bad first impression.
Some thoughts off the top of my head:
Fuqua: Very impressive -- the best out of any of the schools I visited.
Booth: Rather swanky new building. Stanford (circa 2010, pre-Knight building): Pretty good. Maybe I just loved the California weather?
HBS: Very nice facilities, but with an endowment as big as theirs, I was hoping for a palace. UNC: Okay. Wharton's Huntsman Hall: Needs work per the comments above. Tepper: Not too impressive. Fit the "engineering" feel of the school. Darden: Felt ancient to me, but I suppose that is the Charlottesville charm.
Been to Darden, Tepper, and Ross.
Darden is very southern plantation feel to it (Jeffersonian for all you architecture buffs). I really enjoyed their campus.
Ross is the exact opposite, with a gigantic modern building. Their building is shared with undergrads, but even then, the size doesn't make it feel crowded.
2 totally different styles, but both are effective/excellent places to attend based on facilities alone.
Tepper is a much older building, and shared with undergrads. It felt a bit cramped to me, and compbanker is right, very engineering feel.
Facilities are something to consider, but really - you're not getting your MBA because of the facilities.. I mean look at CBS. Their facilities are some of the worse, yet people are beating down the door to get in. At best, nice facilities are perk, nothing more.
McIntire- very nice inside, extremely clean and well-kept. Not a super-modern building or anything, but the facilities inside are great.
UNC- Pretty nice building, built in the late 90's so its a bit older but still quite nice overall.
Wake Forest- Older building that is being replaced in month or two. Well-kept and all, but felt cramped and dated inside.
Didn't get to visit Duke like I had wanted to, but hopefully I'll get a chance to later this year.
Can anyone speak to McDonough?
McDonough has a brand new state of the art building (think it is ~2-3 years old) that is really swanky and nice (Rafik Hariri building). I was impressed.
Can anyone speak to Haas as well?
I have heard Tuck has a real nice campus and a very tight knit feel to it.
Stern and to a lesser extent CBS obviously have the city is your playground thing going on. If you don't like the reading room in the library, go to NYPL etc. Although its harder to justify an Equinox membership when you don't have income coming in.
Fuqua and Booth are great..was underwhelmed with Kellogg

Kellogg is building a brand new building. 2015 opening I think.
Ross had an awesome building when I visited.
Tuck’s facilities are a blend of old and new. The primary structure, the regal Georgian style building seen on their emblem, houses most of their administrative staff. It’s connected to a series of newer buildings containing classrooms and break-out rooms, housing towers, and a massive gym. Because of the weather, you can walk to class/meetings without stepping outside. The attached dorms hold about 70% of the student body. I was very impressed – but I was there in September before the snow came.
Definitely Booth. It's a modern art museum with classrooms.
Gleacher is great, but primarily used for part-time program. That's my understanding at least.
CBS is going to have two extremely nice buildings since Kravis and Perelman each gave 100m.
