Idk about WashU but I’ve read threads that speak highly of the business school at BC. From people I’ve connected with on LinkedIn I would say BC places pretty well for IB. They also place well in a lot of other divisions I would imagine, even with all the top schools in Boston, BC is very well respected.

Both are considered semi targets so not a clear choice over the other in terms of placement. However WashU is a top 20 and the school overall is regarded higher than BC overall.
