Best Transfer Options?

Trying to transfer into target/semi-target schools for sophomore year. I want to go into consulting but I don't have a decision set in stone yet. Likely going to apply for MBA schools in the future. What are some good schools with realistic acceptance rates to apply to? I've already ruled out schools like Wharton just because of how low the rates are.

Current list:

Washu Olin, USC Marshall

Econ: NYU, UT, Northwestern, Vandy, Uchicago, Emory.

For Emory and UT I'd want to transfer to business for junior year if possible.

Thanks
