Im assuming those debt figures are per year. Northeastern is out of the question imo with that level of debt, Indiana is the best of the remaining three, but for 100k total debt for a school that only might place you into banking I would say its not worth it. South Carolina is probably the best choice.
I believe OP is talking about total debt, I don't know anyone who talks about debt per year. Also, Northeastern costs 70k/yr after all costs, so 80k debt/yr is basically impossible.
