RSM, Bocconi and St Gallen probably for sure (especially St Gallen places huge value on your gmat score). I think you also have a very good shot with SSE.
HEC, LSE, Oxbridge I cannot tell. Depends on how prestigious your internship was etc. But with a 700+ GMAT you'll definitely be a decent candidate for these schools too.
Bocconi's 2 year program seems suitable then, cause it would allow you to get a SA in the summer of 2015.
Just wondering, how come you are not appyling to ESADE and IE (in Madrid). These are among the best business schools in Europe and are even recognized in US rankings (WSJ, Businessweek) as world class (always in top 20 and sometimes even top 10). I get the idea that many people forget these 2 schools which are undoubtly much better than RSM, Bocconi, SSE, Warwick, St Gallen, etc.
