Can I get into a good school?

So I'm a rising senior in high-school and have a 3.0 GPA basically my grades went WAY down in 11th grade and I want to get into investing banking after college is there a good college to get into with a 3.0. I looked at " Target schools" but they seem like ivy league or something close to with 4.0 GPA requirements.

With a 3.0 that's not even good enough for most flagship state schools lol unless you have a killer SAT/ACT score to makeup for your poor grades. Should've studied harder bud.

I had a 3.6 at the beginning of 11th butstuff happens🤷🏾‍♂️. Also I can get into my state flagship but Idk
