Candid Discussion of What are the Most and Least Competitive Demographics in B-School?

Hi all, saw a post about diversity requirements for certain jobs that has gotten quite popular and it piqued my interest in understanding what the spectrum of competitiveness across demographics is for applying to a top MBA program. I'd ask for open and well-intentioned discussion on this; this is not meant to be a discussion of the merits / faults of diversity-influenced acceptances but instead about the current state of what one can expect in each demographic. 

It may be useful to apply this to GMAT Scores. The average GMAT at, say, Booth is 726. However, the reality is that the average score for ORMs is skewed upwards vs. this and skewed downwards for URMs.

I've heard, for example, that an Indian Male in IT shouldn't bother applying to one of the M7 without a 750+, and forget H / S without a 780+. Perhaps for a Chinese male the score would be slightly more lenient, but still higher than the average, and for a White American male, it would slightly more lenient than for the Chinese male, but still more difficult than the average. Perhaps one could say, all else equal (Work Experience, Undergrad, Essays, etc.) aside from ethnicity, these three applicants would be viewed "equally" with the following GMAT Scores:

-Indian Male: 780

-Chinese Male: 770

-White Male: 760

I'm just spitballing here, but you probably get the gist. Also I understand that admission is much more holistic than GMAT scores, just looking for a general insight into a spectrum of competitiveness. Interested to hear everyone's thoughts.
