Chances at top 10 MBA program?

I'm looking to apply into a top 10 MBA program sometime in 2012. If anyone could try to gague my chances, or give me some advice to improve them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Work exp - Completed a summer internship in IB with a BB and a year with a boutique before it imploded. Found a position in Asset Mgmt, and have been working there for around a few months or so now. Assume I stick it out for 2.5 years (bringing total FT work exp to around 3.5 yrs), how would my work exp measure up? Also assume I get my CFA by then and the organization is a well-known non-profit? For what its worth, I heard non-profit might be a good industry to differentiate yourself. Not sure if that was only specific to positions fulfiling the actual mission of the non-profit, or applicable to supporting roles as well.

Undergrad - GPA of 3.8+ in top 10 UG business program (state school), strong leadership and teamwork oriented curriculars

Assume GMAT of 750+

Thanks in advance.

getting into an MBA program isn't THAT hard...I think a lot of people would agree

3.7+ GPA, 750+ GMAT, great biz experience and recs...and a passion for something or other is really all you need for top 10, for top 5 more often you need to be at more well known places

This is an incredibly old post, but I was browsing, and I wanted to note how much it angers me when people say "assume a GMAT of 750+".... assume you are in the top 2%???? I will pass on making that assumption.
