Choosing between doing undergrad in UK (Oxford/LSE) or US (Cornell, Princeton, Harvard)
Hi all, I'm a senior in the United States applying to colleges. I'm interested in doing finance and I don't know where to choose. I applied to some UK schools and just received an acceptance from Oxford to do PPE (Philosophy, politics, economics). I've always wanted to get out of the country, so this offer is really attractive to me considering it's Oxford. I'm still waiting on US schools, namely Princeton, Harvard, Cornell (Industrial and Labor Relations), Columbia, and Northwestern. Of the US schools I'm still waiting on, which should I pick over Oxford for better finance employment opportunities. I know that if accepted I probably would pick Princeton or Harvard over Oxford, but of the others I'm not so sure. What do you guys think? I'm planning on coming back to the states after, but I'm also open to the idea of working in London as it's a pretty big finance hub.
