College list for public highschool senior

I'm currently in the process of finalizing my college list and would greatly appreciate any guidance.

I go to a non-target public high school in LA that's only a feeder to my local community college. I am also unfortunately an Asian male and did not win a math competition in China. I'm very interested in IB/PE/HF and would like to major in finance. I have a 4.0 GPA (UW w/ somewhat rigorous courseload), 1530 SAT, and decent EC's:  2 short internships at local sales firm and credit union, manage finances for local nonprofit, involved in school clubs/sports, etc. I'm not a great writer so my essays are kind of mid (will do my best to work on them) and my LORs won't be outstanding either. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions to what schools I should add/drop, EA/ED, or any general advice. I have no preference between schools on the East or West coast but would prefer not go to a small school in the middle of nowhere. I don't have legacy anywhere but also don't count as first-gen or have any hooks.

(FYI: I'm applying basically all the UCs)
