College student finance diversity programs worth doing?
So coming from a first-year student just finishing my first semester studying Finance. I was wondering if any valuable programs will help me for my future career in finance (more specifically investment banking), and what are some worth doing? I know people told me to apply to diversity programs at banks like BofA, Goldman Sachs, but are there any you recommend? Thank you!
