colleges

Hello everyone, im still in highschool and my gpa is terrible terrible. I have a 3.3 weighted. You must think Im like retarded, but I ensure you Im the opposite. Its just when it comes to school I lose my mind. I am a sophomore in hs and I know a shit ton about investment banking. I knew I wanted to do it since the 8th grade. Can someone please help me out? What colleges are much easier to get into with good business programs that can help me break into IB. Im sure my college GPA will be much better as I will be taking classes of my choice all related to finance. i Thank you so much

If you're only looking for going to a business school, the "top" options should be pretty straight forward – wharton, stern, haas, ross, dyson. Unsure what's possible with a 3.3 high school GPA. There are also a group of strong, large state schools – UT Austin, UNC, IU, UVA.

“I know a shit ton about investment banking” ok buddy I will take u at ur word. If u have to go to a state school that’s not the end of the world. Most state schools (this may be Big 10 specific) have a faculty run program for banking / high finance. They aren’t easy to get into by any means but a lot of them place well. U can even reach out to some of the kids (in my org it’s mandatory you respond to underclassman who reach out and are interested). Plus the classes are kinda light and u can have a ton of fun on the weekend.
