Company was acquired. What company do I list on my grad school app/resume?

Context: So my first job out of college was at a private real estate company that's relatively well-known within the industry, however, outside of the real estate industry, most people don't know this company and have never heard of it. Before I quit, it was acquired by a large Fortune 500 RE company that has great name recognition. It's now a subsidiary of this Fortune 500 RE company and is still operating with its own branding/separate offices - although I expect that overtime it will fully be integrated into the parent company.

Question: How would you list this work experience on your grad school applications? Would you only list the previous company name, only the Fortune 500 company name, or both?

The name recognition of the new company would help on the application but I'm not sure what the protocol for this would be.

Thanks.
