-Every time you get a panic attack, go for a jog.

-Do you drink at all, and how much? Given the symptoms you've described, this could be symptoms of too much alcohol consumption on a weekly basis. (Trust me, I've worked on the trading floor- I've experienced symptoms of too much alcohol consumption).

You may be managing your alcohol consumption well on a daily basis, but if you're going over ~20-25 beers/week, you will start to see some of the very minor symptoms of alcoholism, including panic attacks, trouble sleeping, and some trouble focusing. The good news is that these symptoms go away if you start cutting back.

Sorry if you don't drink. I just figured that conditioned on the panic attacks, trouble focusing, and college senior status, there is a double-digit percentage probability these symptoms could be caused or worsened by alcohol.

Regardless, every time you get a panic attack, go for a jog- ideally at least two miles. The body starts releasing hormones for healthily dealing with stress, and you get exercise, and you get longer-term benefits for focus and dealing with stress.

Also, I've found that this book, while terribly corny, is somewhat helpful. Concentration is a discipline that requires practice. To be fair, I suck at that discipline; I am supposed to be studying right now.

Finally, stay away from the computer and the internet when you are studying this stuff. You may not be able to study, but it's a lot harder to waste time if there aren't distractions.

Oh, and the advice for cutting back on drinking also goes for OTHER hypnotics, like sleeping pills. They all have the same effect with regard to symptoms like panic attacks and trouble concentrating.

If all that fails... google "stomach flu symptoms", and go to your nearest doctor, say you have the symptoms, get the note you need and DEFER!

Ofcourse, time it so that your stomach flu appears only during the exam date.

I would... but the truth is I can't sell my soul to myself... http://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/blackknight.asp
