Cornell AEM non-finance major or Non Target School

Hello,

So I was just admitted into Cornell AEM as a rising junior. I would like to break into IB but given their policy I am not allow to have a finance concentration. I am currently at a non target school. What would your advice be? Should I go to Cornell for AEM, Applied Econ/Accounting or stick with my current school (small catholic school) and major in finance?
