Corporate Banking to Top Business School?

Incoming FT at a hybrid investment banking / corporate banking group. How realistic would it be to get into a top business school (Top 10) from that position? Assuming good college grades and solid GMAT (710+). Just curious about what types of people business schools look for and whether a lower-prestige job within banking can lead to good B school opportunities

Yes, you can do it. Source: M7 student from CB. I got the impression that the firm mattered more for CB applicants than IB (i.e. helps to have a well known bank or one that is a feeder for the school). If you're a white/Asian/Indian male you should aim to pull in a great GMAT score (740+). Overall, CB is basically "silver tier" work experience compared to your peers in PE/Tech/Military/etc. It's definitely passable but it's not going to set you apart. Get some volunteering or activities outside of work to make yourself a more interesting applicant.
