Can confirm that this looks like MS’s target list. Every bank will have its own preferences so school order might differ, but you pretty much have every target listed here

 

Ask someone on the buy-side and I guarantee it would look very different. But that being said, this seems okay, but it's generally more like Wharton>Harvard>Yale/Princeton/Dartmouth/Columbia/Chicago/Stanford>Penn/Brown/Cornell/Duke/Ross>Stern/UVA/Mendoza. HYPSM isn't really a thing for IB, considering they're more known for buy-side placements rather than pure IB.
