Deloitte vs Boutique Firm – Impact on T15 MBA + Scholarship?

Hi all — I’m a 25-year-old international candidate from Turkey. I plan to apply to a T15 MBA (non-M7) in ~2 years and my top priority is getting a 75%+ scholarship.

I currently work at Deloitte Consulting and have more than a year of experience. I just received an offer from a small boutique consulting firm based in Turkey (~10 people), that does strategy work for U.S. and Europe clients. Salary is significantly higher but the brand name is much weaker.

My dilemma: Would leaving Deloitte for a boutique firm hurt my T15 MBA + scholarship chances? I plan to apply with:

3 years total experience

Econ undergrad (valedictorian, GPA 3.7)

GRE 330+ (assumed)

Does the brand name of Deloitte matter significantly more than higher salary and international projects at a boutique firm?

Would love to hear from those who got into top MBA programs from boutique firms — or who weighed similar trade-offs pre-MBA. Thanks in advance!
