Do I have a shot for H/S/W MBA?

I think I’m screwed I have the most non traditional profile.

Non target undergrad, 3.5 GPA. Grew up poor as dirt but I’m not a racial minority. Had to work 30 hours a week during college to support myself.

Background: 1 YOE in management consulting Industry: not-for-profit, government contracting, foundations etc.

1.5 YOE in IB (well known in the niche but otherwise no name) Industry: public/municipal finance

1 YOE so far in start up IB serving LMM M&A and cap raises.

GMAT: 750

I know my background seems all over the place. I couldn’t land a top IB job out of undergrad so I had to leverage into municipal finance IB using my non profit consulting experience. Do I start a non profit for a cause I care about to make myself stand out? I know the industry well.
