EBS Business School or Frankfurt School of Finance and Management

I have received an offer from both EBS, Weisbedan and FS, Frankfurt for MiM program. Which one to pick? Following are few of the key points: - EBS has a better ranking of Financial Times - FS has better proximity - Being in FS I can work since it has class only on three days (EBS has no RA ship opportunity) - EBS has mandated semester exchange (which I find negative since how will I look for opportunities in Germany if I'm outside Germany) - Placement Stats of EBS are better than FS

Please help to decide and add points other than the above mentioned. Thank you
